Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 June 2026.

These Terms of Use govern your use of xql.group (the “Site”), operated by XQLGROUP SL, a company registered in Spain (company number B21773171). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site presents information about XQL’s B2B marketing services, case studies and related content. It is provided for general information and to let prospective clients learn about and contact us. The Site itself does not sell a product or process payments.

2. Services and engagements

Any marketing engagement with XQL is governed by a separate written agreement — such as a proposal, statement of work or services contract — signed by both parties. These Terms govern only your use of this website and do not create a services contract, nor any obligation on XQL to provide services.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, layouts and design — is owned by XQL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and share the content for legitimate, non-commercial evaluation; you may not copy, republish, resell or otherwise exploit it without our prior written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful, misleading or harmful purpose. We may restrict access to anyone who breaches these Terms.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of those third parties.

6. Disclaimers and results

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Any client results, metrics or outcomes referenced are illustrative of past work; they describe specific engagements and are not a promise or guarantee of future results, which depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XQL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be published on this page. For any question about these Terms, contact us at hello@xql.group.
