Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 June 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data XQLGROUP SL collects when you use xql.group, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. By using this website you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

XQLGROUP SL (“XQL”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in Spain (company number B21773171), based in Alicante, that operates this website and provides B2B marketing services to software and technology companies. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), XQL is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. You can reach us about any privacy matter at info@xql.group.

2. What we collect

Information you give us: when you submit a form or contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, work email, company, and the contents of your message. Usage information: like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical and analytics data (such as pages viewed, referring source, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address) using cookies and similar technologies. We do not knowingly collect special categories of data or data from children.

3. How we use your data

We use personal data to respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request; to operate, secure and improve the website; to send you relevant updates about our services where you have asked to hear from us or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so (you can opt out at any time); and to comply with our legal obligations. Our legal bases under the GDPR are your consent, our legitimate interests in running and growing the business, and the performance of a contract where one applies.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies needed for the site to function and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. These may include third-party services such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which set their own cookies subject to their privacy policies. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through our consent banner and manage cookies through your browser settings.

5. How we share data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business — for example analytics, email delivery, CRM and hosting providers — who process it on our behalf under written agreements, and with authorities or advisers where we are required to do so by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision — so that your data continues to receive a comparable level of protection.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out above, or for as long as the law requires, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Enquiry and analytics data are retained for limited, reasonable periods consistent with these purposes.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and to have it corrected, erased, restricted or ported, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@xql.group and we will respond within the timeframes required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy from time to time; the current version will always be published on this page, and material changes take effect when posted. For any question about this Policy or your personal data, contact us at info@xql.group.
